As more and more employers and businesses choose to go with remote work due to increasingly viable benefits, it may start getting difficult to find people wanting to come into an office on a daily basis. Programmers, designers, developers, sales and many other professionals have access to remote working opportunities that it is truly becoming harder to recruit them to a corporate setup.
Who would want to give up great salaries and total freedom to get all dressed up, come into an office and stay there for hours on end? I’m going with a ‘not many’ for an answer to that one.
